Returns



We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, for non-custom jewelry only.


To qualify for a return:


  • Items must be unworn, with no signs of wear or damage
  • Items must be returned with original packaging
  • Return shipping within Hong Kong will be covered if requested within the 7-day period



Please note:


  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or resizing
  • Partial returns are not accepted (e.g. returning only a chain or pendant from a full necklace)
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, with credit card refunds taking up to 10 business days to appear on your statement

Exchanges



We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, for eligible items in original, unworn condition.


Exchange guidelines:


  • One-time exchange is available for necklaces, bracelets, and rings of the same metal type and stone, subject to availability
  • For rings, we offer one-time complimentary resizing for sizes up to US 7; sizes above US 7 may incur additional charges
  • Custom-sized or resized items are not eligible for return or further exchange



Please note:


  • We cannot accept exchanges for earrings or piercing jewelry due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty
  • Return shipping within Hong Kong is covered for eligible exchanges requested within 7 days of delivery
  • International orders are not eligible for exchange or resizing

Please note that all bespoke, made-to-order, and personalized items — including custom designs, engraving, and sizing — are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Deposits placed for bespoke orders or diamond sourcing are non-refundable, as they are used to secure your selected materials and cover consultation and sourcing efforts. This policy helps protect both our clients and our studio’s resources. By placing a deposit, you agree to these terms, which are also outlined on our website.
