Please note that Freshwater Pearl are organic gems, so they're vulnerable to extreme humidity and should never be submerged in water.

To extend the life of your piece, we recommend after wearing, gently wipe your pearls with a dry soft chamois cloth to remove oils and perspiration.

For ready-to-ship pieces, please allow 2-3 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

Shipping: In-stock jewellery is processed and dispatched within 7 days. Orders ship from Hong Kong via SF Express locally and DHL internationally. Estimated Hong Kong delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch. Showroom pickup in Sheung Wan may be available the same day, or within 3 business days; availability will be confirmed after purchase.

Custom orders: Production times vary by design and complexity. Please refer to the product page description for the estimated production time for each piece. As a general guide, custom orders may take approximately 3–4 weeks.

International delivery: We ship to most countries. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and are the recipient’s responsibility. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or resized. Returns: Hong Kong customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for non-custom items only. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging. Return shipping within Hong Kong is covered when requested within this period. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must include the complete item as purchased. Partial returns or returns of individual components from a set or complete piece are not accepted.
