Shipping: In-stock jewellery is processed and dispatched within 7 days. Orders ship from Hong Kong via SF Express locally and DHL internationally. Estimated Hong Kong delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch. Showroom pickup in Sheung Wan may be available the same day, or within 3 business days; availability will be confirmed after purchase.

International delivery: We ship to most countries. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Returns: Hong Kong customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for non-custom items only. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging.
