1, Use of this card constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2, The minimum amount required to activate this card is HKD500.-and the maximum card limit is HKD20,000.
3, This card is redeemable for the purchase of merchandise (except Gift Cards) in any SIA store in Hong Kong and bespoke jewelry is not included.
4, This card may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
5, This card remains active for 2 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. After this time the card will expire without further notice and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
6, This card will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen, or damaged.
7, SIA JEWELRY COMPANY LIMITED reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion without prior notice. The card balance can be checked in any SIA store in Hong Kong.
Shipping: In-stock jewellery is processed and dispatched within 7 days. Orders ship from Hong Kong via SF Express locally and DHL internationally. Estimated Hong Kong delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch. Showroom pickup in Sheung Wan may be available the same day, or within 3 business days; availability will be confirmed after purchase.
Custom orders: Production times vary by design and complexity. Please refer to the product page description for the estimated production time for each piece. As a general guide, custom orders may take approximately 3–4 weeks.
International delivery: We ship to most countries. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and are the recipient’s responsibility. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or resized. Returns: Hong Kong customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for non-custom items only. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging. Return shipping within Hong Kong is covered when requested within this period. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must include the complete item as purchased. Partial returns or returns of individual components from a set or complete piece are not accepted.
Refunds: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Card refunds may take up to 10 additional business days to appear on your statement. To request a return, contact us within 7 days via email or WhatsApp.here
