Custom orders: Production times vary by design and complexity. Please refer to the product page description for the estimated production time for each piece. As a general guide, custom orders may take approximately 3–4 weeks.
International delivery: We ship to most countries. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Returns: Hong Kong customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery for non-custom items only. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging. Return shipping within Hong Kong is covered when requested within this period. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must include the complete item as purchased. Partial returns or returns of individual components from a set or complete piece are not accepted.
